Zynrelef Extended-Release Injection 400mg/12mg SDV 14mL Each

Each ZYNRELEF™ (bupivacaine and meloxicam) kit includes all necessary components for use. Replacement component parts are also available in case of dropped or mishandled components. Recommendation for an initial ZYNRELEF order is to add 1 carton of each of the 3 replacement components:

• Luer lock cone-shaped applicators (Item # 140-4688)
• Vented vial spikes (Item # 140-4546)
• 12-mL Luer lock syringes (Item # 140-4642)
